The project aims to build a social landscape and architectural ensemble in a historically significant place at the city of Plovdiv – the former nursery garden created by the famous gardener Lucien Shevalas. Later on the area became an important freight station.
This situation, with clear urban directions and approaches, gives a great opportunity to build an Academy of Theatre Art with a purpose to train young and new talents. Becoming a new cultural center that will revive this desolate part of the town.
